Harold has held senior management positions in several IT service organisations involving oversight of large complex projects, and as a Business Manager has been responsible for several organisation change initiatives. He has worked both in Australia and Southeast Asia.
Harold has considerable experience as a Consultant in portfolio, program and project management, business cases and Governance, which has involved developing improved processes, PMO establishment and operations, independent health checks and maturity or capability assessments.
His current consulting interest is in helping organizations achieve sustainable value from their strategic investments through mapping and measuring program and project outcomes to enable viable business cases and tracking of the benefits. This activity requires integration with the organisation’s other management practices, demonstrating alignment with business goals, and ensuring effective change management.
He has worked across a number of industry sectors including Finance, Government, Telecommunications, Construction, Transport and Resources.
Harold holds post-graduate qualifications, is a member of four professional bodies, and a part-time lecturer at two Australian Universities teaching in their Master of Project Management programmes.
Harold currently provides services in Project & Program Management Consulting and training services through Prism Consulting Solutions Pty Ltd.
